Cosmetic Launch Roundup: October 16-31, 2023

Beauty Moon Cosmetics spun a vivid picture of winter glam with its Single Eyeshadow collection and its winter eyeshadow palette. First, the single eyeshadows launched; 38 mouthwatering shades that shift colors seamlessly. Each shade is $7.40 USD.

Glamlite dropped its fourth horror icon collaboration on Halloween; quite befitting the Dream Demon, Freddy Krueger. A Nightmare On Elm Street x Glamlite collection features a Brush Set ($24), 2 Eyeshadow Palettes ($24 each, $44 bundled; Dream Master and Freddy Krueger), a Makeup Bag ($22), a Mirror ($22), Lip Oil ($10), Lipstick Duo “Freddy Krueger” ($20), Chest Of Souls Blush Trio ($18), the full collection bundle ($158), and the PR Box ($178). Ace Beaute blended romance and goth aesthetics into the captivating Mystic Romance palette. The 15-pan eyeshadow palette is a sultry color story with mysterious mattes and splendid shimmers. Mystic Romance retails for $38.99 online.

Lucky Lashes graced us with its fall collection Made To Last. This earthy glam collection features the 8-pan Bombita palette ($35) and 2 Lip Liner duos ($8 each; Bomb and Authentic). This collection is limited-edition so get it while you can on Lucky Lashes’ website.

Oxbloode created the perfect eerie Eyeliners for the spooky season. The three waterproof eyeliners have felt tips, allowing for easier application. Salem (black), Antique (brown), and Midnight (blue) are $15 each on Oxbloode’s website.

Curst Kosmetics collaborated with American metalcore band Motionless In White on a makeup collection befitting the band’s sixth album Scoring The End of the World. MIW x Curst STEOTW collection includes the 15-pan Artistry Palette ($54.99), STEOTW Liquid Lipstick (black shade; $18,99), Eyeliner Kit ($32.99), and a full collection bundle ($101). Aboni Cosmetics switched its focus from crafting glamorous lipsticks to curating luscious Lip Glosses. Each gloss There are five shades in total; Cotton Candy (taupe), Hazelnut (light brown), Bread Pudding (nude), Snickerdoodle (mauve), and Mocha (reddish-brown) are $11 each on Aboni Cosmetics’ site.

Lemonade Stand Cosmetics turned heads with its Multichrome Gel Eyeshadow collection. The 5 stunning shades offer intense pigment and a long-lasting formula that applies with ease. Talk To The Head, Cosmic, Prism, Fetch, and Era are $12.99 each online.

Absolute New York burst through the second half of October with palettes upon palettes, four to be exact. Toasted Aura, the everyday glam palette, has 12 warm-toned hues perfect for daytime looks. Monarch Paradise is the orange monochromatic palette that delights fans of the fall season. Rose Muse is a pink lover’s dream with its vibrant shades. Last but not least, Moonlight Dream is for the night dwellers, its color story is filled with purples and neutrals. Each palette is $9.99 on Absolute New York’s website.

E.l.f Cosmetics mesmerized fans with its Duochrome Liquid Eyeshadows. The three shades are long-lasting and don’t crease, allowing you to relentlessly sparkle at any time. Venus Envy (white; shifts to blue and yellow), Cyberpink (pink; shifts to gold), and Mer-mazing (blue; shifts to green) are $8 online.

Made By Mitchell capitalized on its ability to go viral and created the XL Drip Drip Blursh Lights Highlighter. The silver glitter shade is stunning and perfect for the upcoming holiday season, its shiny hue being a great highlight shade to complement any holiday glam. Hell Bites Beauty beckoned all witches to unite with the breathtaking Cottage Witch collection. This magical collection includes the vibrant, 30-pan Cottage Witch eyeshadow palette ($45), Moon Child Lash Book ($30), and 3 Metallic Lipsticks ($14.99 each, $30 bundled; Mistress of the Night, Witches Blood, and Night Shade). Estate Makeup asserted that their latest products are made for a makeup lover’s collection. The Cream of the Cream lipstick collection features 8 vivacious shades of nudes and deep colors like red and plum to suit any fierce look that you create this winter. Each shade is $10 online.

Menagerie Cosmetics finally released its anticipated Camouflage Soft Focus Setting Powders. The powders are translucent and lightweight, have a blurring effect, and are infused with kaolin to reduce oil. The setting powder is $15 on Menagerie Cosmetics’ website.

Colourpop readied us for cold weather and winter glam with its latest drops. First, the cool-toned neutral palette Cloud 9 debuted. The 12 shades give ice queen vibes and promise to create the most dazzling looks. Cloud 9 retails for $18.


Then the brand brought back a fan-favorite collection featuring the iconic Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Kara Beauty gifted us with must-have products for slaying Halloween (and fall) looks. The Ghosted Fabulashes collection dropped first, these six styles joining the flawless false lash collection. Each lash style is $6 and there are two 3-pair packs available as well for $15.


The Micro Brow Pencils joined the bustling Essentials lineup. There are five shades (taupe, soft brown, medium brown, dark brown, ebony) infused with castor oil; each pencil features a micro tip and a spoolie for precise brow design. Moira Beauty added twelve new shades to its Signature Lipstick collection. These additions come in various shades of pink and shimmers, spicing up the popular lineup. Mix and match your shades for $7.50 each on Moira Beauty’s site.

AMS Beauty gave luxury aesthetics and quality with its Blush Créme lineup. There are 12 gorgeous shades ranging from soft and coquettish oranges and pinks to passionate reds and purples. You’ll find the Blush Crémes online for $21.36 USD each.

Klarity Kosmetics blessed the makeup community with its Lip & Cheek Pots. The 11 shades have a cream-based formula that gives cheeks a delicate flush of color and tints the lips. Each shade is $15 on Klarity Kosmetics’ website.

Maybelline spiced up their bestselling Lifter Glosses with the Lifter Plump Lip Plumping Gloss collection. The eight shades are infused with chili pepper extract, causing an intense heating sensation and a plump pout commanding attention. Each shade is $12.99 on Ulta Beauty’s website.

Elvisa Cosmetics made soft glam instantly achievable with its latest travel-friendly eyeshadow palettes. There are 3 palettes, each containing nine shades; Palette 1 has light pinks and purples, Palette 2 is light browns and neutrals, and Palette 3 has dusty rose and neutral hues. Pretty N Kawaii returned strong in its revamp and gave us four new palettes to squeal about. The Promise palette ($19.99) features 9 pretty hues inspired by the Fruits Basket manga/anime series. Cat Witch ($19.99) is a mystical 9-pan palette imbued with hues of purple and green. Despair ($4.99) is a fierce 9-pan palette inspired by the Danganronpa anime, and its color story is comprised of sultry reds. Sheglam transported to the adorable land of love with the Care Bear collaboration. La Reina Cosmetics reminded us that no tears are to be shed before or during makeup application with the dainty Blush Now, Cry Later palette. About-Face Beauty created the edgy alternative for creating the perfect smokey eye with the Smokestick collection. The 6 sticks are dual-ended, with one side brandishing a cream crayon shadow and the other side is a pigment-dipped sponge to smudge and blend the shadow to perfection. Juvia’s Place crafted a lippie lover’s dream with the hybrid formula for its Volumizing Gloss Sticks. The 12 shades are infused with five botanical oils that deliver high shine and a nourishing plump effect to the lips. You can pick your favorite shade (or shades) for $15 each online.

Essentielle Cosmetics delighted with some devilish treats in the form of its Made In Hell body care collection. The lineup includes the Infernal Dew Body Wash ($19), Mysterious Mist Body Mist ($15), Dark Potion Body Oil ($15), Devil’s Delight Body Butter ($26), Sweet Temptation Body Scrub ($23), and several bundle options (range between $63 and $97).
